Well I am changing gears again! I have changed my idea for game topic. Bullying is a big problem in the high school environment. Just recently I read an article about a young girl who committed suicide from the bullying she experienced at school from her peers. I have taught in special education for the past 6 years and have witnessed the low self esteem and self image of these young teens as they sucumb to the pressures of being bullied. I feel these social issues should be dealt with and our students be taught how to stand up to a bully and how to get help before their self image is damaged and they are driven to drastic measures. The Knowledge Area is Social Issues .
